5: Application of Activity-Based Intervention

Application Activities
  1. Assess a child using a programmatic assessment. Following the assessment, generate a written description of the child’s strengths, interests, and emerging skills. Reflect on aspects of the assessment and summary processes that you found beneficial or challenging.

  2. Develop an activity plan for a planned art project. Summarize your attempts to include multiple and varied learning opportunities for the children. Reflect on the process by discussing aspects of the activity plan that were helpful and those that were challenging.
