Activity
On a sheet of notebook paper, make two columns Same and Different. Sort the following phonemes by whether they share the same or almost the same pronunciation in English and Spanish or by whether the pronunciations are different in English and Spanish: /b/, /d/, /f/, /g/, /h/, /j/,
/k/, /l/, /m/, /n/, /p/, /r/, /s/, /t/, /v/, /w/, /x/, /y/, /z/,
/ch/, /th/, /ks/, /rr/. If a phoneme does not exist in one language, sort it as different.
