DS/USA offers summer programs and competitions, fitness programs, “fitness is for everyone” videotapes, and winter ski programs. Local chapters offer such activities as camping, hiking, biking, horseback riding, 10K runs, water skiing, white water rafting, rope courses, mountain climbing, sailing, yachting, canoeing, kayaking, aerobic fitness, and snow skiing. Provides year-round sports and recreational opportunities to people with orthopedic, spinal cord, neuromuscular, and visual impairments through a national network of local chapters.

International Paralympic Committee

Organizes international multidisability competitions, such as the winter and summer Paralympic Games, which take place after the Olympic Games in the same host city. Posts competition results. Publishes online newsletter.

Little League Baseball, Challenger Division

Provides boys and girls with disabilities the opportunity to experience the emotional development and the fun of playing Little League Baseball.
